We’re a high-quality mobile tint, wrap and PPF specialist dedicated to providing the best service possible.

My Name is Domenic…

…and since a young age I have always been interested with anything that had an engine. My love and passion for cars quickly grew as I managed to get some of my own. I’ve always wanted to open a shop but was never sure on the avenue I wanted to take. That’s when I stumbled on to window tinting. I researched and studied until the day I was able to tint a car and that’s when it all happened. That one car led to another and another. Fast forward 10 years to today and now we offer services like window tinting, vehicle wraps, PPF and much more. This passion has continued to grow for me and now for my younger brother, Frank, who has tagged along on this business journey with me.

When you get work done by Dking wraps, we treat your vehicle as if it was our own, and we love our vehicles. We’re a business that’s built on quality over quantity every time and it’s going to remain that way. Rest assured that no matter the task, we have the experience to get the job done.

WE COME TO YOU

Any Time. Any Window. Any Reason.

  • Window tinting is a process of applying a thin film to the windows of vehicles, buildings, or other glass surfaces to alter their transparency and appearance. This film is typically made of polyester and can be dyed, metalized, or ceramic-based.

The primary purposes of window tinting include:

UV Protection: Tinted films help to block harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun, which can reduce the risk of skin damage and fading of interior furnishings.

Heat Reduction: Tinted windows can significantly reduce the amount of heat entering a vehicle or building, enhancing comfort and reducing the need for excessive air conditioning.

Glare Reduction: Window tinting minimizes glare from sunlight, headlights, and reflective surfaces, improving visibility and safety, especially while driving.

Privacy: Tinted windows provide privacy by limiting visibility from the outside while still allowing occupants to see out.

Window tinting comes in various shades and levels of darkness, measured by Visible Light Transmission (VLT) percentages. Regulations regarding permissible VLT levels vary by region and may apply to different types of vehicles and buildings.

Professional installation is often recommended to ensure proper application and adherence to local regulations. Additionally, high-quality films are available that offer durability and longevity while maintaining optical clarity and performance.

  • Vehicle wraps are large vinyl sheets that are applied directly to the surface of a vehicle, completely covering its original paint job or surface. These wraps come in a variety of colors, finishes, and textures, and they can be customized with graphics, logos, and designs according to the owner's preferences.

Here are some key points about vehicle wraps:

Material: Vehicle wraps are typically made from high-quality vinyl materials that are durable, weather-resistant, and specially designed for automotive applications. They are engineered to withstand outdoor elements like sunlight, rain, and debris.

Application Process: Applying a vehicle wrap involves meticulously cleaning the surface of the vehicle to ensure proper adhesion. The vinyl wrap is then carefully stretched, positioned, and smoothed onto the vehicle's contours by skilled professionals using heat guns and squeegees. This process ensures a tight and seamless fit.

Customization: Vehicle wraps offer endless customization options. They can be printed with vibrant colors, intricate designs, photographs, and branding elements. This makes them popular for advertising purposes, personalization, and fleet branding.

Protection: In addition to aesthetics, vehicle wraps provide a layer of protection for the underlying paint or surface of the vehicle. They help shield against minor scratches, chips, and UV damage, preserving the resale value of the vehicle.

Removability: Vehicle wraps are designed to be removable without damaging the underlying paint or leaving adhesive residue behind. This allows for easy removal and replacement of wraps, making them a flexible option for temporary promotions or updates.

Maintenance: Maintaining a vehicle wrap involves regular cleaning with mild soap and water to remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants. Harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners should be avoided to prevent damage to the wrap.

Overall, vehicle wraps offer a versatile and eye-catching way to transform the appearance of vehicles while providing added protection and branding opportunities.

  • PPF stands for Paint Protection Film, which is a clear, durable, and self-healing film applied to the painted surfaces of vehicles to protect them from scratches, chips, stains, and other forms of damage. Here are the key features and characteristics of PPF:

Transparent Protection: PPF is nearly invisible once applied to the vehicle's surface, allowing the original paint color and finish to remain visible.

Durability: PPF is made from a tough, thermoplastic urethane material that is resistant to abrasions, impacts, and environmental hazards such as stone chips, bug splatter, and road debris.

Self-Healing Properties: Some high-quality PPFs have self-healing properties, which means that minor scratches and swirl marks on the film's surface can "heal" or disappear when exposed to heat, such as sunlight or warm water.

UV Resistance: PPF provides protection against harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays, helping to prevent paint fading and deterioration over time.

Customizable Coverage: PPF can be applied to various areas of the vehicle, including the hood, fenders, bumpers, side mirrors, door edges, and rocker panels. It can also be customized to fit specific vehicle models and configurations.

Professional Installation: Installing PPF requires skill and expertise to ensure proper alignment, adhesion, and coverage without wrinkles, bubbles, or imperfections. Professional installers use precision cutting techniques and specialized tools to achieve seamless results.

Removability: PPF can be safely removed without damaging the underlying paint, making it a temporary or semi-permanent protective solution for leased vehicles or those undergoing resale.

Maintenance: PPF is relatively low-maintenance and can be cleaned using mild automotive soaps and microfiber towels. Harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners should be avoided to preserve the integrity of the film.

Overall, PPF offers an effective way to maintain the appearance and value of vehicles by providing an invisible shield against everyday wear and tear, road hazards, and environmental contaminants.
